A russian e-liquid manufacturer gearing up to enter the market with a new brand approached us. They already had an unfinished logo and a disappointing experience with another design agency that couldn’t manage the owner’s stream of ideas or execute them effectively.
Packaging design for a vape liquid brand
- Refine the logo to perfection.
- Harmonize and unify the owner’s disparate ideas into a cohesive concept.

Project goals
- Through extensive brainstorming, we landed on a packaging concept that mimics a graffiti-covered wall, featuring stylized fruit motifs (the flavors) alongside instantly recognizable characters
- We paired each of the 10 flavors with a unique character whose persona aligns with its profile. For example, Mexican artist Frida Kahlo was a natural fit for the cactus flavor, while Pikachu perfectly captured the "berry energy drink" flavor.
Solutions
My designer and I burned through a ton of tokens to get Midjourney to generate perfect character graffiti — it turned out great. Now it’s just a matter of preparing the layouts to the correct production sizes.
For each item in the product line (10 total), we prepared two files: the bottle design and the box design. The client also received the refined logo file and a concise style guide with usage guidelines for media channels.
As part of our engagement, we’re also developing POS materials for vape shops, designing merchandise, and proposing creative concepts for the exhibition booth at industry trade shows.
